Weekly bookings commence Friday at 4.00pm until the following Friday at 10.00am.

Short Breaks are available from the beginning of September to the end of June excluding Bank Holiday weeks, Christmas, New Year and the October half term. Please contact us for details.

Short breaks may also be available at other times of the year at short notice. 

Out of season we can also offer reduced rate for parties of up to 6 guests using only the 3 bedrooms and 2 bath/shower rooms on the first floor.

Price includes - heating (gas central heating), electricity, towels (not beach towels), bed linen, cleaning at the end of your stay and unlimited WiFi internet access (BT).  

A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome and are charged at £20 per dog per week.
